Scott Steffens moved from Seattle to Lisbon and in the depths of the worldwide recession decided it would be a good idea to open a craft brewery in a city with no craft beer to speak of. Turns out, his instinct was right and Dois Corvos is one of the top craft beer breweries in Europe.
