In addition to answering the above questions i jotted down some notes from listening to this interesting talk. 🤔 cradle to cradle, value chain, reverse logistics, theory and practice. Design is the 1st signal of human intention. Energy, materials, life itself, values, principles, vision, goals, strategies, metrics, benchmark, mutually assured destruction, entropy, log, tree, fire, order out of chaos, physics, chemistry, biology, "a building like a tree." QUALITY/quantity. Biosphere/ technosphere. Carbon is not the enemy. I am living embodied carbon. Durable, fugitive. "Being less bad is not being good" reduce, avoid, minimize, degenerative or regenerative. Fundamental human utility. Dockside green with onsite waste water tratment creating natural wetlands, streams.
