#6. On this episode, we are interviewing Deborah Gorman and Nicole Cardone, co-founders of Sorbabes! Nicole Cardone was born and raised in Alaska but moved to NYC in 1999 lured by a career on Wall Street. After having children Nicole became passionate about feeding her family only the best. Determined to not abandon her love of frozen desserts, she began to reinvent sorbet with Chef Deborah, and Sorbabes Gourmet Sorbet was born.
Deborah was born destined to be a chef. After Embracing the farm-to-table movement with some of New York City’s top chefs and working in the private homes of the rich and famous, Deborah was determined to create a product that had intense flavors and came from whole food sources. She uses only the purest ingredients of only the best quality to create a sorbet-like no other.
