I count myself blessed being able to go to Vipassana. It gave me the opportunity to experience a form of silence of the mind. I loved being in the silence.
As a matter of fact, I came back from the 1st experience and sat (meditated) everyday for a year and half... I cried everyday for 1 year. I was able to release a lot of owies! It has been so healing. And you don't have to do Vipassana. You will be guiding yourself to a waking state of meditation. Just keep prap-ticing, prap-ticing.
