Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Shonda Moralis is on a mission to help women play big without burning out. She is a Life Balance Coach, Therapreneur, Author, and Podcast Host. Shonda serves on the board of Shanthi Project, an education nonprofit providing evidence-based mindfulness services to children and adults. She is the author of Breathe, Mama, Breathe and DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE: 5-Minute Mindfulness for Busy Women – Beat Stress and Find Calm Anytime, Anywhere! We discuss how Shonda’s personal motherhood journey is connected to what she does for other women and moms. We discuss mindfulness at length and Shonda gives us tangible examples of how to quickly and easily add more mindfulness to our daily lives.
