Trusting Faith to Heal from Lifelong Migraines and Joint Pain with Misty Marie

#083 - Misty Marie dealt with severe migraines and joint pain from Ehler's Danlos Syndrome for nearly her entire life as well as a litany of other health issues.  After healing with Medical Medium information for 18 months, she experienced a massive setback from a gas leak that landed her in bed for six months and took her two and a half years to recover from.  We discuss how she kept her faith that she would heal as well as some of the brilliant strategies she used to keep herself on track when her head hurt so much that she could barely think.

The juices Misty used

1. Medical Medium®'s Migraine Buster Juice:  Juice 1 bunch of celery, 1 pear, and 1-2 inches of fresh ginger.  Optional:  a handful or two of arugula.  (Source:  A March 2015 Medical Medium Newsletter)
2. Medical Medium®'s Turmeric Ginger Shots: Juice 4 inches of fresh turmeric, 4 inches of fresh ginger, 2 oranges, 4  cloves garlic.  
3. Misty's Shingles Buster Juice (key for her worst migraine pain):  Juice a pound of greens (including  some combination of a bunch of cilantro, a bunch of parsley, spinach, romaine, kale, spring mix, arugula, and/or butter leaf lettuce), plus:

• A big knob of ginger
• 2 pears
• 1 - 2 apples
• 1/3 of a papaya
• 1 -2 lemons
• 1 -2 limes
• Some celery/ leaves
• Asparagus (half a bunch)
• An orange
• 2 clementines
• Burdock root
• And sometimes some raw green beans and Brussels sprouts.
