In today’s episode, I discuss how you can free yourself from the Dominant Dogma that tells you: “Change is hard.” In this episode, I share how change has taken me by surprise, again and again, and that the decision to lean into change has been one of the best and most empowering decisions myself and my clients keep making. I discuss with you how childhood safety mechanisms, unmet expectations and neurodivergence contribute to this narrative, along with past realities where change really was difficult.
