Mr Kraft has lived in Singapore since 2017. He works for a Security Consultancy Lead Asia, Cundall Singapore office with 48 clients from various backgrounds: MNCs, embassies and consulates, banks, tech industry, manufacturers, etc. Although he was born in Germany, Mr Kraft worked in different parts of the world. He lived in China for 14 years, half a year each in India, Japan, and Australia. He did projects in 22 countries from the four corners of the world. This global exposure shapes his high degree of competency in intercultural aspects. Mr Kraft has been in the security industry since 2005, specializing in security design and consulting and creating global security standards for MNCs. Besides security, he has been working as a consultant in project management. He worked as Key Account Manager, Operation Manager, Program Manager, Sales Manager, and System Department Manager.
ASIS International, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, is a professional organization for security professionals. It issues certifications, standards, and guidelines for the security profession. Founded in 1955 as the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the organization officially changed its name in 2002 to ASIS International to reflect its international expansion, which included 37,000 members and 200 local chapters worldwide at that time (Penuel et al., 2013, p. 13).
