Im struggling to think of content to put in my newsletter that doesnt take an hour to write. I used to do 'exercise of the week' but this took too long to write. How long should a weekly newsletter be?

Is it normal to lose clients when you make changes to improve your service? I've really upped my game this month, made a video explaining all the extra stuff they will be getting. and within an hour of my video i had consistent regular clients say they dont feel it's for them / cant continue to pt at this time... Is it normal for clients not to share the same excitement / vision for the service they are paying for?

I use Truecaoch for programming, check ins and communication etc and I also have a private facebook group for all my 1-2-1 online PT Clients.
For my 6weeks programme which I'm launching this month, I'm thinking of Using WhatsApp and the same Private Facebook group. I will not be using Truecoach so all check in forms and support can be through whatsApp however I have not done it this way before. Do I have anything to worry about or consider?
