Laura outlines why the predominant aggressor law in Utah has been misunderstood and misapplied including one major detail which Brian disclosed to police. This important detail appears to have been overlooked or ignored.

Laura also details important guidance written by the Utah Attorney General’s Office, the Domestic Violence 101: A User-Friendly Manual on Domestic Violence for Police and Prosecutors, which points to Gabby being the victim and Brian the abuser. You won’t want to miss this.
