B: What happened?怎么了？

A: That's it. My lease is up, I have to move.是这样的，我的房租要到期啦，我要搬房子了。
B: What? Why? Can't you renew it?什么？为什么？不能续租吗？
A: The owner apparently is selling this place to make way for the construction of a parking lot.很明显，房东要把这里卖出去赚些钱建停车场。
B: Well, I can help you pack. We should start looking for a new place for you ASAP.好吧。我可以帮你打包，我们要尽快帮你找个新房子。
