Ep 303 - Riki Warren: Calisthenics & Philosophy Of Yoga
In this episode of RNT Fitness Radio, I’m joined by Riki Warren to discuss all things callisthenics and yoga.
Riki has been practising advanced bodyweight movement, yoga and mixed martial arts since 1992, more recently specialising in Calisthenics since 2012. He currently holds a Guinness World Record on olympic rings which was achieved in 2019.
Riki was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of London in 2009, going on to further qualify as a sports therapist and biomechanics/strength conditioning specialist.
Having been recognised by the mainstream media/press, the fitness industry and his peers as being one of the top global movement coaches, he has travelled the world teaching and working on a variety of projects and media productions with associations, fitness venues and brands including Under Armour, Adidas, Men’s Health and more.
His movement school BodyweightGurus qualifies fitness professionals and therapists with accredited certifications, whilst he coaches world class and amateur athletes across the world in a variety of skills including biomechanics, mobility, injury recovery and strength. He also works alongside medical professionals to rehabilitate structural injuries such as herniated discs and broken limbs.

I’m very excited and proud to announce we’ve developed a brand new partnership with one of the world’s leading premium supplement brands, Optimum Nutrition, where they’ll be helping support our RNT members, and listeners of this podcast, on their journey of health, fitness and total transformation. With the world’s #1 best-selling protein powder in their range, and a growing plant-based range, you can now use the code RNT20 to get 20% off in their US and UK stores. My personal favourite are their plant-based protein bars. I’ve literally done a 180 on protein bars since discovering these, and these were a game changer during my recent long stints in Bali and the US!
