Hands up if you ever overthink and worry about sh*t that 'might' happen... Yeah, me too. 

Guess what... 94% of that rot never actually happens (that's a real stat btw).

Hands up if you ever spend as much time thinking and feeling excited and grateful for the good things that also 'might or might not' happen... Thought so. Sounds crazy doesn't it? But what's really crazy is that we do it with the negative stuff and not the positive. And what's crazy is the effect it has on our perception, behaviour and overall wellbeing. 

This is a short ep about the idea of how we wind ourselves up over circumstances and experiences that don't even exist yet and how we might perhaps tackle them instead.
