1. Send a Christmas Card (bonus points for handwritten or personalized)
2. Call them to wish them a Merry Christmas
3. Send a small gift ($5 Starbucks, or a voucher for a pie)
4. Drop off a “first year in our new home” ornament, for the buyers who purchased from you this year.
5. Send a newsletter email with well wishes, a list of Santa Sitings, and the best lights in town (neighborhood, city, and commercial)
