Shannon Clinkenbeard and You Matter 2

We have our good friend Shannon “Pandabread” Clinkenbeard joins us to shave details on the You Matter 2 event.  The event will be taking place at the Historic Casino Hall in LaGrange Texas as a benefit of The Health & Behavioral Wellness Council of Greater Colorado Valley.  Last years event was beyond a success and Shannon and crew are trying to recapture and grow the success of last years events.. Take a listen for all the event details and to learn all about why we organize these extremely beneficial events.  We all share little tales of moments in our lives where we have suffered with being bullied and the emotional and mental trauma it had on us.  Without proper ways to overcome these trying moments in our live we may to succumb to the evils of depression and worse, suicide.  Help us spread the great work of The Health & Behavioral Wellness Council of Greater Colorado Valley and the achievements they are currently making with local youth and adults with ther programs and help they offer.

The doors of the event open at 12:00pm so folks can register and mingle. The “Craft Build Off” starts at 1:00pm, The competition starts promptly at 2:00pm and will run until 8:00pm. Please arrive on time so you can familiarize yourself with the Historic Casino Hall & the stage.

The event benefits The Health & Behavioral Wellness Council of Greater Colorado Valley. Their mission is to bring behavioral and medical health providers, along with social service agencies, school personnel, law enforcement and first responders, ministers and community leaders together on a regular basis to:

• Develop a collaborative networking community so to increase knowledge of all available resources as well as expand relationships among providers

• Promote collaboration so to develop and create needed health-related services for our communities

• Advocate and increase public awareness of health-related problems, issues, challenges, resources ;and treatment options;

• Provide health & wellness related educational programs and information for both providers and the general public.
