My referrals haven't been great over the last year, do you have any tips to incentivise members to want to bring members along to this?
I know you've spoken about doing quarterly prizes in the past, so I could potentially run this event once a quarter instead of once a month and make a bigger deal out of it.
If I am doing it once a quarter, would you suggest giving away a prize that is worth 3 months of membership?
