When Sally Hepworth’s daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, alarm bells went off for her. Because a lot of the things her daughter was struggling with, Sally had experienced too, her whole life.

Both Sally Hepworth and Mia Freedman have ADHD - attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder - and their diagnoses have changed their lives.
