Any recommendations for resources to broaden my non-resistance training exercise repertoire? Including conditioning type exercises, functional movements etc. I often see names for exercises away from resistance training and think 'What the fuck is that?'

I'm struggling with the idea that you have to sell an outcome, not the product. Most people like to know the features of the product before buying, and in my case, the fact that my offer is unique also sets me apart from other yoga teachers. Is there a right time to mention the features, and if so, when?
I sometimes wonder if my niche/ target market can afford 1:1 coaching and wondering I'd be better doing group coaching as a service for them, given that community will be an incredible and valuable feature for them. Is this me overthinking or assuming too much?
