- How I've come to understand that the impact on perimenopause on my mental health is a perfectly timed invite to deeper self compassion and a gentler way of being

- My friends in their 50s on the other side of Menopause and how they've helped me to see the same patterns of inability to cope and intolerance to stress about 5 years ago when they were about where I am now .. and the renewed lease of life these women which reminds me "this too shall pass"
