How would you reach out to help a client who due to stresses of work, family life etc keeps smashing in the Twirls uncontrollably? He then beats himself up about this and goes off track. I only see him every fortnight? Cheers Pretty Boys.

Please can I have your general thoughts on this plan :
I'm going to run a social media competition and I'm thinking of going big(for me) .
I don't want to give away free coaching as I've done that before and people don't seem to value it at times.
I'm thinking an Amazon prize bundle of £250 to suit my target market or maybe a £250 walk pad (treadmill) which would help my niche get their weekly steps in (Busy full time working overweight parents)
Once the competition is over I will hopefully have more eyes on my socials and then plan out my next program launch before an Easter deadline.
