We are beyond excited to have Natasha Hastings on the podcast! She's an Olympic, World and US National Champion Track and Field Sprinter, who has two gold medals to her name. She specializes in the 400 and 4x400 meter relay events. She is the founder of the Natasha Hastings Foundation where she works with young girls to teach them about about body image and self-love. She's the creator of 400M Diva, a beauty line for athletes. She is Victoria's teammate at Under Armour, and is currently studying to become a licensed therapist.
In this episode Natasha speaks on what it means to be an athlete and cultivate the mindset of a champion. She dives into the importance behind training her mind AND her body for competition.
