We all experience pivotal moments in our lives that define and change the trajectory for us, even if we don’t realize it at the time. In today’s episode, Dawn Lowe shares her story of going down a career (and life) path that she never planned on, but has been extremely fulfilling for her. Dawn has worked in a variety of roles with large companies like Citibank and Wells Fargo. She is now the Executive Vice President, Chief and Talent Culture Officer at Middletown Valley Bank.
Dawn has experienced plenty of challenges over the years - one of the biggest being raising her daughter as a single mother. However, she did not let that keep her from persevering and taking risks in her career. Dawn believes that talent and culture should fit together well in the workplace, and she is passionate about creating an exceptional work environment for her employees. Dawn loves helping others in her organization and community. She is always ready to ‘ask another question’, and continue developing and learning as a leader.

“There have been a lot of scary moments through the years. The only way you can really live the kind of life that you want to live though is by making those choices, and taking those risks. You can also rely on relationships that you’ve built, and get support from those around you.”
