When performance is measured, performance improves
Today on the podcast, we're talking about paying attention and how it can improve our performance. The idea is based on Pearson's Law, which states that "when performance is measured, performance improves."
This applies to everything from driving on the highway when we see a cop with a radar gun, to weight loss, and to our finances. When we measure our performance, it improves.
So if you're looking to make better decisions with your money, try using one of the methods we discuss to track your spending (aka measure your performance).
