Any valuable lessons from owning your own gyms/studios in the past?
What alternative would you use for a client that "doesn't do apps"? Taking on an older client who isn't needing to do any sessions away from me to start with/use the app anyway, just record the sessions down in a google sheet instead?
What sort of money would you recommend spending on Facebook ads if we are looking to direct people to trial out my boxing programme?
I'm gonna be greedy and ask two (because I didn't ask any last week! 1. Any advice on how to stop doubting your ability as a coach when clients aren't ready to change and don't really make much progress? And, kinda following on from that, you guys talk about carrying out multiple consultations with a lead to learn enough about them and make sure they're ready to change...I'm having a hard time getting my head around the idea. What would that look like in practice? What would you go through in each conversation? How would you explain to them that you're not happy to take them on right now and need to learn more about them?
You talk a lot about extending the onboarding process and 2/3 consults before taking a client in. But how do you practically set this up? And how do you communicate it to the potential client? Most people don't particularly like getting on calls, so I'm struggling to see how they will accept getting on 2 or 3, when they probably want to get started with what they consider "the real work".
How long should a MONTHLY email be?
People always talk about gradually transitioning from full time gym floor PT to Online, do you ever hear about is going the other way? I quite like the idea of being fully online but also having a part time in peron PT job alongside it. Maybe even have my own home gym to have a handful of 1-2-1 in person clients. What's your thought ? Thanks
What are some of your favourite questions to ask clients in a monthly check-in?
Do you think it's worth only opening up new spaces once a month to create scarcity and urgency? I ran a 6 week block for my small group service at the end of last year and I think it did so well because it had a set start & end date.
How do I get better at email marketing? How can I grow it and get the most from it?
