On this episode of Le Run Down I caught up with masters sprinter and multiple record holder, Karla Del Grande.
She loved running in school but found a new fire for it in her 40s, and now she's been inducted into two halls of fame and awarded WMA Female Athlete of the decade.
She's the woman who came closest to running her age in the 400 meter, falling short by just one second, and it's something she hopes to achieve later this year.
