#63: Wayne Levy - Competitive distance runner, Director of Athletic Programs for the B.A.A, Run Boston tours, Back on My Feet Boston advisor, How running changed his life
On this episode of Le Run Down I got to catch up with an old friend. Competitive distance runner, RunBoston tour guide and director of Athletic Programs for the Boston Athletics association, Wayne Levy.
Running has always been and continues to be a constant in Wayne's everyday life. In fact almost everything he does revolves around running.
From his own running pursuit, to his involvement with the B.A.A, and helping the homeless literally get back on their feet, Wayne continues to pay it forward. Running saved his life and hopes it will save many others along the way.
