#55: Hedi Moussavi - 50 Marathons in just over 100 days, Life threatening spinal infection, Meditation, Believing in yourself
On this episode of Le Run Down I had a powerful conversation with Hedi Moussavi.
He grew up playing sports as a way to fit in, and only recently started running. After surviving a life threatening illness just over a year ago, running is how he chose to celebrate living and honor the memory of those who have passed.
In episode 14 Kat said "we're just ordinary people doing extra ordinary things." And Hedi's feat of 50 marathons in just over 100 days is nothing short of extraordinary.
