BPA is found in many everyday items, such as canned goods and soda cans, plastic cookware, and plastic food storage containers, to name a few. Even if you’re buying replacement items that say BPA-free, we’re not in the clear.
In the past few episodes, I’ve been talking a lot about BPA and other endocrine disruptors. Unfortunately, BPA isn’t the only toxic chemical found in food and kitchen items, and its “safer” alternatives are also not as safe as we’re led to believe.

I’ll be providing some replacement items that are better and safer, to get your kitchen one step closer to being truly BPA and toxin-free.
