70. Healing from Extreme Burnout with Amanda Balcombe, Health & Mental Fitness Coach

In this episode, I speak with Amanda Balcombe. Amanda helps successful women over 40 who want to REIGNITE their SPARK, get hours of their week back & avoid BURNOUT from family, career & life demands.

In this episode we talk about how she healed from burnout, navigating through a cancer diagnosis, the connection between mental and physical health and her tips for helping others avoid burnout. She takes a coach approach to mental health.

As an award-winning Financial Adviser, she enjoyed her career, but realized she needed to make some serious changes in her life when burnout crept up on her, along with a cancer diagnosis.

She was living in a beautiful country town, with a loving family, but she had become stressed, out of balance & unwell. As someone who has lived with an autoimmune condition since her teen years, she knows what it’s like to bring her body into alignment & stand in her best health through lifestyle medicine. ​

Experiencing burnout was the reminder she needed. As she brought her own life back into alignment, she also realized she could support other high achieving women craving guilt-free vitality to do the same.
