In this episode I talk about how I ferment vegetables using the brine method, how I decide what fermentation method to use, how much salt to water I use and how I know when my brine fermented veggies are done and ready to use.
UPDATE: 3/4 Tablespoon per cup of water for my cucumber brine! (I was close)
