The Waiting Room Lounge was electric on July 1st, 2023 as PWP presented it's annual Pat Powers Patriotic Palooza. Pat Powers kicked things off with a heated exchange between himself and the team of Jack Darling and Moonshine Russell. Just when it looked like Powers would be victim to a classic two on one assauthlt, hardcore legend Tommy Dreamer came to his aid setting up the night's main event. J.C. Slater got his rematch with PWP Champion, Omar Pachecco after his questionable loss at "Wrestling Is For Everyone." In what could only be described as, "The War of the Weird" Kyle King faced off against Willy Sweet, for a bizarre and wild singles match. The crowd exploded when Kelsey Magnolia answered the open challenge of new comer Wrex Amadeus. Ryan Romantic pulled the short straw and faced Tank Bryson of "The Family" in a fast paced act of violence. Not to be out done, The Phantom took on another new face, Dred Roberts. Roberts gave The Phantom a run for his money but Con was victorious and proclaimed himself the number one entrant for the Battle of the Phoenix. After making short work of rising star Chaac, Joey Daniels issued a challenge to the 2020 "PWI Indy Wrestler of the Year," WARHORSE!!!!! Alan Lyric stepped in to help Purple try to capture the PWP Tag Team championships, however they ultimately came up short to Vic Douglas and interim partner Lenny. Kit Sackett issued an open challenge to anyone man enough to face him, and who answered the call, none other than the man himself Duke Cornell in a fast paced, technical clinic. PWP Live will return to the Waiting Room Lounge on August 23rd, 2023 for the annual Battle of the Phoenix!! Tickets on sale now at Etix.com and at both Ted and Wally's locations.
