伊利发布了其员工持股计划,我看到雪球及不少讨论群炸锅了。很多人不认可伊利的员工持股计划。认为存在过度激励现象。一些人说开盘就清仓伊利股票。
对此,我说说我的看法,不喜勿喷。首先我认为这个事总体上是好事。下面我讲讲具体的原因。
作为投资者特别是价值投资者,我们最为看重的就是一个公司是否低估,是否便宜。而一个公司是否便宜由两个因素构成,一个是市场出价,另一个是公司本身的价值。公司价值最为重要的构成就是分红。分红之外的钱在很大程度上和小微股东是无关的。
因此对于上市公司,我最为看重的指标之一就是分红率。成长性再好的公司,如果不打算分红,那么在我眼里就是垃圾。伊利70%的分红率,在A股的上市公司中绝对属于凤毛麟角的存在。
至于分红之外的钱,上市公司怎么花,其实我并不太关心。
我们再说伊利的长期持股计划。细节不说了。核心内容就是把未来扣非利润增量的30%用来激励员工。这个事看似是股东花钱激励了员工及管理层。但是,一方面,分红之外的钱本身就和我们关系不大。
其次,我们设想一下,公司的骨干员工为了拿到这个激励会怎么干。公司22年的净利润约100亿。如果2033年公司的净利润为120亿。那么这个激励资金也就不到6亿。骨干员工为了拿更多的钱,他们会怎么办。他们会努力把2033年的净利润提升到200亿,甚至240亿、280亿。看似股东们付出的更多了,但是在股东和员工利出一孔的情况下,股东的收益其实是更多了。
很多时候,我们更要聚焦于财富的创造,而不是分配。蛋糕大了,大家的日子都好过。即使从分配角度看,伊利给股东们的分红并不少。
我知道我们一些股东希望伊利把利润全部红给股东,在目前的低利率环境下,最好还能贷款回购。类似麦当劳的做法。作为股东,这样的想法很好。但是并不现实。大家好才是真的好。另外,知足常乐很关键。从股东回馈角度说,伊利已经做的很好。
作为一名非伊利股东,以上观点仅仅代表自己对于股东回报、管理层激励的看法,一家之言而已。
