On November 10th, 2018, Amy Mullis was found in the red shed at her farm and she had been impaled by a corn rake. Her husband called 911 and said he believed she fell on the corn rake, but her injuries didn't make sense. Amy had 6 puncture wounds, but there were only 4 tines on the rake.
