It's rest day in Spain and we've got an upbeat(ish) G on the massage table. Things can only get better right? He's been battling crosswinds and climbs but his hopes are higher as the Vuelta heads into the second week.

Luke's loving life at the Tour of Britain and hoping to plot a course towards victory for his INEOS team leader, Tom Pidcock. He's been getting lots of love - and thanks to everyone who has given him a shout out about the pod!
