This is a problem, and we are addressing it. Not only is it disheartening to essentially be told you’re a liar, did anyone ask you about how long you’ve been working on this goal? Have you looked at any other health metrics? As in - are you stronger? Are you FEELING better? Do you have more energy? The scale is not the only health metric we should be measuring, not only that but the data ISN’T EVEN ACCURATE. Calories aren’t an exact science, they’re a guesstimate. Same goes with how we burn them and how they’re being measured on our fitness trackers and watches. So we’re building unsustainable habits off of inaccurate data and then wondering why we feel so frustrated. However - the good news is that in today’s podcast we cover what you can do instead.
