I'm a wife and mom of 2. These last couple years I have been on the ride of my life - adjusting my diet, habits, mindset, and views surrounding health and happiness. After the birth of my daughter in 2020 I experienced severe PPD and a slew of other health conditions including inflammation, heart palpatations, excema, depression, anxiety, autoimmune issues, and more. This was exacerbated by isolation and fear during the pandemic. Additionally, I had been over 200 lbs since childhood and never found anything that worked for me. Searching for answers I stumbled upon the movie Fat Sick and Nearly Dead where I learned about Joe Cross and how he healed himself drinking nothing but fresh juice. Since then my life has never been the same. I joined online communities. Watched testimonies. Made new friends. Saved up for a juicer and began my journey. I juiced for 266 days straight. This experience empowered me to take a look into my own life and cultivate gratitude, health, and happiness. It reminded me of the importance of community and connection. It helped me lose over 100 lbs and find my purpose. I landed a mindset coach job in the wfpb world. I was interviewed by Joe Cross. I got an affiliation with my favorite juicer brand!! My life transformed and I began feeling liberated and empowered. Today I share about my experiences online to inspire others and spread hope. I left my corporate job and now I support and uplift other women looking for change. Those longing for community, connection, and growth. Those wanting to lose weight, beat emotional eating, instill new healthy habits, improve self esteem, move toward a plant based diet, or simply build up their self care toolbox.
