#10-98 Overhead Squats

Overhead squats are a movement that not many people practice, but it's a very important movement to try and master. If you don't have mobility in your shoulders, you won't be able to execute this movement correctly. While, the title of this episode may be "overhead squats," what we're really working on today is your shoulder mobility.
