FPL 23/24 | International Break with @dis_fpl - Rotation Time?

Mid-way through the International Break and FPL is but 6 days away (at time of recording). With European football on the horizon we look at the state of the game, what we've seen so far. Has anything changed? And resign ourselves to the fact that rotation is coming.
