How to stop feeling lost and find your positive power within.

This morning, I experienced something I want to share. I've been juggling a lot lately, working weekends and preparing episodes during the week, and it's taught me the importance of energy flow. When we receive an idea, a mindset, or a thought and speak it into the world, it flows through us.

When you say "I am," you create your reality. It doesn't matter if it's true in the physical realm at that moment; what matters is the energy behind it. The story you tell yourself matters. For instance, two people facing the same challenge, like financial struggles, can have entirely different experiences. Why? Because it's not about the external circumstances; it's about your internal state.

So, stop fixating on results or the future. Focus on your actions and thoughts. Your dedication and commitment to love is your path to freedom, no matter what's happening externally. If you can heal yourself from within, nothing external can weigh you down. You're free to live in love and give love, no matter the circumstances.

Remember, it's a journey, not a destination. Embrace the present, and you'll discover that you can always be good, regardless of external conditions. That's true empowerment.
