• What changes to your lifestyle have you made and do you want to keep them?
Creativity and Purpose
• What creativity emerged in you?
• What frustrated you the most and what did you do about that?
• Have any dormant dreams, ideas or hopes risen up in you? What are they?
• Has anything been birthed in you?
• What would you have liked to have done during this time that you haven’t done? What stopped you?
Emotional Life
• What was the most common emotion you experienced throughout this time?
• What have you loved about this season?
• What are you feeling as we move out of this lockdown time?
• What loss did you feel most sharply? Describe your feelings and what they might reveal.
• Where did you find joy?
Relationships
• Who did you miss the most? What did you miss about them?
• Who was your greatest encourager during this time?
• What did you miss the most about not being able to gather with large groups/communities?
• What relationships did you not miss at all? How might you re-imagine that relationship with that person/people in a way that is healthier for you?
Self
• What did you learn about yourself that you didn’t know before?
• What did you re-learn/remember about yourself that you had forgotten?
• What parts of your character have you realised are under-developed?
Looking backwards/looking forwards
• Did this time remind you of any other time in your life? If yes, in what way?
• If this was to happen again in 2 years’ time (another pandemic/lockdown) what message would you want to give yourself?
