The yin and yang qualities are equal on this day. A day to pause and reflect in stillness between the natural cycle of expansion and contraction that is all throughout nature. Nadi Shodhana is a great practice to cleanse your energy channels and balance the yin and yang qualities within yourself. This gives you greater access to the appropriate amount of effort and ease, movement and stillness, energy out and energy in, as needed in your life. In the Northern Hemisphere we begin the descent into longer nights and shorter days. A time for letting go, releasing and introspection so you can more closely connect with your true self and what matters most to you.
