Let's be honest. Most folks within the LGBTQ+ have had, or currently have, some degree of shame and even trauma around their sexual identity. Although I plan to do much more teaching in reference to these issues, today, I simply wanted to share and discuss Dr. Kristen Neff's: 3 Elements of Self-Compassion. Why? Because I firmly believe it is a critical part of healing. Self-compassion matters.
