THE PROTOCOL OF FEAR

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

 

Who would’ve thought that fear brings you good health? When most Christians hear the word fear, they immediately think of it in the negative. The word fear here is the word ‘Yare’; it means to reverence. It’s a healthy kind of fear that holds God with the highest honour.  

 

The one who understands reverence is the one who knows the mind of the Lord, and the one who knows the mind of the Lord can instruct God! God said, “I am the Lord … that confirmeth the word of His servant, and performeth the counsel of His messengers” (Isaiah 44:26). When you follow the protocol of fear, you speak, and God backs up what you say with His own integrity!

 

Fear is a major component of the deeper life phase. It will cause you to choose things, not based on your appetite, but according to what God wants. Practise the dimension of reverence, of fear! Let your words be few. If you want to experience more or be used to do exploits in these end times, fear God! 

 

PROPHETIC DECLARATION 

I stand in reverence of the Lord God I serve! As a result, every word I speak is backed up by Him. I cannot fail today or ever in Jesus Mighty Name!
