Dave Bartoo with the College Football Matrix joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the best scoring efficiency ratings in the country live in the BankPlus Studio. Dave looks at how teams pretty much are who they are after this weekend and that the SEC doesn't have any real title contenders. Dave explains what makes a true contender and talks about how most of the recent national champions were top 10 high school recruiters before they won it all. Dave mentions how the SEC doesn't have any elite performers in terms of scoring efficiency and two teams that are ranked high aren't in the SEC yet. Dave breaks down the best teams in the rankings and who is most likely to make a run for a national championship. Dave mentions how Michigan and Ohio State are in a good spot and names other schools that are right where you want to be in order to have a shot at winning it all. Bo asks Dave about where LSU is in defensive scoring efficiency and Dave says that the Tigers have the worst rating in Power 5. Bo and Dave look at the big games happening this weekend and Dave says how he can't believe Texas A&M isn't in the top 25. Dave thinks he would replace LSU with the Aggies in the rankings and he thinks Jimbo Fisher has a shot at beating Nick Saban again. Dave looks at Kentucky heading to Georgia and he thinks that the Wildcats have a chance to make it a real game in Athens.
