Holly Felmlee is a former financial analyst for the Department of Defense Education Activities (DODEA), who worked in Japan and Belgium starting in 2019. Holly details what she saw in Japan at the “height” of Covid, and then in Belgium once she moved in late 2020. She recounts the blatant discrimination she experienced for being an un-jabbed federal employee, culminating in her being unwillingly placed on AWOL status and fired, re-hired, and fired again within a 4 days period.
