Christy Nault, Creator of Quantum Fit Flow. She is a women’s root cause health practitioner, educator, hormone specialist, breathwork facilitator and medicine woman. She has been working in the women’s health and healing space since 2010, and it was her own health journey that led her to the transformative root cause healing approach.

In 2015, Christy was diagnosed with Endometriosis, Hashimotos, MCAS, POTS, IBS and a laundry list of other “diagnoses” after losing her brother to the negligent hands of Western Medicine. When doctors were of no help, she set out on a deep healing journey - spending years diving into the research and education she needed to heal herself fully. She now lives an exuberant life, entirely symptom-free, and genuinely radiates vitality and wellbeing from the inside out.
