Jason challenges his colleagues to allow Johnson the grace to further explain his thoughts on Floyd and his comments concerning his own adopted black son. Jason says a system exists that continually works against people of color, but it’s not the Donald Trumps of the world at the helm of the racist machine, it’s been the Democratic Party of the last 60 years perpetrating the “systemic racism.” “Over the course of America’s first 190 years, white and black evangelicals deconstructed this country’s system of anti-black laws, policies, and cultural norms.
