You want to make the promise that nobody else in your niche has the guts to make. Now how do you know what promises to make? At your next association meeting, at your next gathering where you’re among your other industry peers and you get into your CEO round-tables and your mastermind groups you guys all talk about the same problems. You all HAVE the same PROBLEMS!
So, make a list of what those problems are. Cross them out one at a time and say, see that one? You’re not going to have that problem if you’re our customer. See that one? You’re not going to have THAT problem if you’re our customer. What it will attract is value based buyers and not price based buyers. In other words, you can increase your fees. You increase your fees you’re thought of as an expert. What do people buy from in winter? Come on...go ahead...exactly they buy from experts. So, this is a domino effect. One of these strategies plays right into the other one. So, get right to work-

Promise your clientele and your pipeline that that will never happen to them as long as they are a customer of yours.
