Close your eyes, 

And bring your attention here. 

Calm your body, 

And set your intentions clear.

Slow your breath,

Waves of peace move through. 

Sink into the stillness,

That’s waiting here for you.

PAUSE

Softly and slowly you melt.

Opening, unwinding felt. 

Release all the weight,

Find your calming state. 

LONG PAUSE

Now as you breathe into your soul,

Allow the thoughts to come.

The questions, ideas and the dreams, 

That have swirled into a hum.

PAUSE

Imagine they collect together, 

A swirly, hazy sphere. 

Then as you breathe, pull it in,

Landing on your heart my dear. 

PAUSE

Now bring your hand to your chest,

And feel the warmth inside. 

All this stuff has cluttered you,

No matter how hard you’ve denied. 

PAUSE

So breathe in deep, and deeper still,

There’s truth inside this cloud.

Just listen for your voice inside,

Sometimes quiet, sometimes loud. 

LONG LONG PAUSE

Your intuition knows,

The answers that you seek. 

Your intuition knows,

Exactly what you need. 

PAUSE

Let go of all the stories, 

That keep you small and mild. 

Let go of expectations,

Let your intuition run wild. 

PAUSE

Feel the joy flooding in,

Feel the clarity glowing within. 

Feel the energy spread real wide,

Your intuition is always your guide.
