071: Trusting In The Process Even When You’re Not Seeing Results
When we start something new—whether a new financial plan, fitness regimen, or diet protocol—there’s a period that happens a few weeks in when we haven't seen results, and start doubting ourselves.
In fact, this is the #1 reason many people give up on new plans too soon. They let their doubts consume them, and convince them to switch to another new plan, only to repeat the cycle again in a few weeks.
The solution?
Well, first you need to understand that following a new plan without seeing results sucks. But it’s a crucial part of the process.
